How do I place an Order? 

nathanhaasken has several methods for you to place an order with us.

Internet - We are open 24 Hours a day for you. Follow the easy check out procedures and get your order in now. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. If any changes are required, please call our Customer Service Department at (+420)748862341

When will my order ship? 

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Expedited Air service packages will ship with the service requested at checkout, but will not be shipped on the same day the order was placed.  Refunds will not be issued for expedited air service charges. 

How do I change or cancel my order?

Back Orders:  

Due to our low prices, we run out of items sooner that we had anticipated. If this occurs and your order contains $100 or more worth of “shippable” merchandise, we will ship the available items to you immediately, and remove the backordered item.  If at any time you want to change your order, please contact our customer service department. Product Availability: 

Most of the items on our website are in stock and ready to ship immediately. However, due to our low prices we run out of items sooner than we anticipated. For estimated date arrival on Out of Stock items please contact us at (+420)748862341, or email us at [email protected]

Product Warranty: 

Every item we sell is covered under the Manufacturer's warranty policy. Since each manufacturer is different please contact our customer service department for additional information. [email protected]. New and unused items that are defective must be reported within 14 days of purchase date.

International Orders:

Buyers are responsible for all applicable duties & taxes. Please contact your local customs office for additional information.

Payment Options:  

We offer several types of payment Options. Credit card/Debit cards- We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  We also offer Paypal, and personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks.  Please make all payments payable to: nathanhaasken Inc. We only accept payments in United States currency.

Sales Tax: 

Sales Tax is only applied to orders shipped within California.
