nathanhaasken uses Fedex, and USPS for all domestic orders. Canada orders ship USPS Post Air.  APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Island & International orders ship USPS, or DHL International Service.

Delivery Time for Fedex, USPS standard ground.                         

Southern California: 1-2 business Days

West States: 1-2 business days

Mountain States: 2-3 business days

Southwest States: 2-3 business days

Middle States: 3-4 business days

Southeast States: 4-5 business days

Northeast States: 4-5 business days

International Delivery Time

Canada: 7-10 business days

International: 7-10 business days

United States Territories: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Marina Islands, Puerto Rico, US. Virgin Islands: 4-5 business days

Damaged and or Lost Packages:  

All items shipped are in a new and unused condition. In case your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 1-3 business days to set up a claim with the shipping carrier.  Photos will be needed to start the claim. Please keep the contents inside the box exactly as they were received.  If your package was lost by the carrier, a claim will be submitted to the carrier. Please allow 1-2 days for the claim to be processed by the shipping company. After the claim has been resolved a replacement package will be sent out immediately.
